Dry Ingredients
- 2 c almond flour
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp tapioca flour
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 1 1/4 c crushed pecans
Wet Ingredients
- 10 tbsp butter
- 1 c maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Combine flour, 1/4 tsp salt & coconut sugar in food processor
- Add 8 tbsp butter and pulse until a ball forms
- Press dough into 9x9 pan and chill for 30 minutes
- Heat maple syrup over medium heat in saucepan until 225°
- Pour hot syrup over white sugar and butter in small bowl and let stand for 1 minute
- Whisk in eggs, vanilla & 1/4 tsp salt
- Mix in pecans and pour over crust
- Cover with foil and bake 1 hour
