Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Combine flour, 1/4 tsp salt & coconut sugar in food processor
  3. Add 8 tbsp butter and pulse until a ball forms
  4. Press dough into 9x9 pan and chill for 30 minutes
  5. Heat maple syrup over medium heat in saucepan until 225°
  6. Pour hot syrup over white sugar and butter in small bowl and let stand for 1 minute
  7. Whisk in eggs, vanilla & 1/4 tsp salt
  8. Mix in pecans and pour over crust
  9. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour
