Steps

  1. Mix flours, baking soda & salt in a small bowl
  2. Mix sugars in a medium bowl
  3. Melt/whisk butter on stove until frothy
  4. Mix butter with sugar and add egg, milk & vanilla
  5. Use a spatula to mix dry ingredients with wet
  6. Add in chocolate chips
  7. Place in freezer while preheating oven to 325°
  8. Scoop dough balls onto baking sheet or muffin top pan
  9. Bake for 7 minutes
