Dry Ingredients
- 2 c almond flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c white sugar
Wet Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
Steps
- Mix flour, baking soda & salt in a small bowl
- Mix sugars and wet ingredients in a medium bowl
- Use a spatula to mix dry ingredients with wet
- Scoop dough balls onto baking sheet or muffin top pan
- Bake @ 350° for 9 minutes
